By using it you agree to and accept the Terms and Conditions outlined in this section as well as the rules regarding our Returns & Delivery and Privacy Policy.
The rules apply to everyone who accesses the web site. If you do not agree with any of the points in our Terms and Conditions or in our Returns and Delivery policy do not proceed with the order.
Photos and all the contents on the web site are owned by RENATA NEKRASZ ART & DESIGN. It is prohibited to copy and make use of the contents without contacting RENATA NEKRASZ ART & DESIGN and receiving specific permission.
PLACING YOUR ORDER AND PAYMENT
Our web site offers full functionality to place your order and process the payment. All products have clearly stated prices for the product and delivery.
Please note that we are not accountable for issues with delivery resulting from an incorrect address being provided when placing an order.
You will be notified when your payment has been processed and we will keep you informed about the status of your order throughout the process.
We reserve the right to reject and cancel any order at any time without providing the reason. We reserve the right to limit our offer to specific locations or products at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel the order if the needed materials become out of stock or if there is a description or pricing error.
We try to keep all items listed on the web site in stock and the quantity available at the time will always be clearly stated next to the item. Orders for items which are temporarily out of stock or orders exceeding the number of currently available items may take longer to complete and deliver.
DELIVERY
We ship worldwide however the actual shipping cost depends on the destination country and size of the parcel.
The shipping cost to most countries will be shown during the checkout when the shipping address is entered. If your country is not on the list please contact us individual cost estimation. Due to the size of our items the shipping options to some countries need to be discussed individually.
We will make every effort to ship the products as soon as the payment is made if the item is in stock (which is reflected on the web site next to each item).

3-15 business days to Canada, United States, Asia
20 business days to South America, Australia, New Zealand

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Orders sent outside the European Union may be liable for customs, duties and clearance fees. Clients will be responsible to cover all the extra charges. We strongly advise to check all details on your country's government website prior to purchase.
RETURNS
We do our best to make sure that our products meet your expectations however if you decide to return your purchase you have the right to do so within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us as soon as possible and advise why you would like to return the item. At all times the returned item must be unused, clean, in the original packaging and with no signs of wear and tear. All the shipping costs (the initial shipping and the return shipping) are non-refundable. At this moment we do not offer free returns.
If you wish to return the item because it is faulty, defective or damaged you can return it to us and in such cases we will cover the return delivery cost.
We make every effort to ensure that all items are securely packaged for shipment to minimise the risk of damage during transportation but we cannot accept liability for any incurred during the shipment.
SPECIAL ORDERS
We offer the possibility of requesting special orders – including additional colours, materials and sizes. These orders will be specifically agreed with RENATA NEKRASZ ART & DESIGN. Once confirmed and purchased, special orders cannot be returned.
CHANGES AND UPDATES
We reserve the right to change the contents of the web site including prices and product description without prior notice. Any product can be discontinued at any time and removed from offer.
Terms and Conditions, Delivery and Returns and Privacy policy rules can be changed and updated at any time. It is the responsibility of the user to become familiar with the latest version when accessing the web site and making a purchase.
